Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Tiffany Broughton, LNHA

Tiffany began her career with The Laurels of Milford as business office manager while completing her administrator-in-training program. Upon earning her administrators license, she served as administrator at The Laurels of Milford prior to returning to Milford as administrator in December 2021.
Tiffany graduated from Little Miami High School in 2012. She first received her associate's degree in medical office management and shortly after received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio.
She is interested in crafting, hunting, fishing and spending time with her family.

Scott Asher, DPT
Rehabilitation Services Director
Scott Asher, DPT, graduated from Miami University with his Bachelors of Arts and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2014. As a Milford native, Scott is excited to further his professional career with The Laurels in his home town and continue to hone his clinical skills. He has several years of experience in outpatient and short term rehab. He has a great interest in the treatment of balance and orthopedic conditions in older adults as well as maximizing function and decreasing risk of falls in patients with dementia. Scott enjoys playing hockey and snowboarding. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Emily, and his 2 daughters.
