Staff always have a smile on their faces when they come in to answer my father's call light, assist right away and as they leave the room they always ask if there is anything else they can do for us while in there. Great customer service!
Communication is excellent. unfortunately I'm unable to be with my loved one all the time, but the nursing staff always notifies me of any changes.
All staff made me feel at home during my stay. The therapy team assisted me in gaining the strength I needed to be able to get home to my family.

The transition from coming from the hospital to The Laurels has been nothing but wonderful. A Laurels staff member came out to put a face to my father's name and was very helpful with all our questions. When we arrived the staff greeted us right away and made him feel right at home.
